Smart Rural Community provides educational programming, matching grant resources and an award program to recognize top-performing communities. Today, NTCA recognized member companies that embody Smart Rural Community principles.
24-7 & West Wisconsin Telcom will be nationally recognized as a Smart Rural Community for its advanced broadband network and innovation in economic development, commerce, health care, public safety, education, agriculture and more.
