How can I see just my subscribed channels?

You can find your subscribed channels in Favorites but you need to tell the Guide to remember it. To have the Guide remember your Subscribed channels, press MENU on the remote, go to Settings, over to Guide and choose OK. The Guide settings will come up. The third option is: Remember Channel Filter. Change that to YES and then arrow down to the bottom of the screen and choose SAVE.

Then, the next time you’re in the guide, choose the Subscribed channel list by using the BLUE button for Favorites in the colored row. Now your set top box will remember that selection anytime you open the guide.

How do I turn Closed Captioning On/Off?

To turn Closed Captioning on or off, press the MENU button on your remote and choose SETTINGS.  Then choose DISPLAY.  Your first option will be Closed Caption.  Select either AUTO or OFF by using the left and right arrows by the OK button on your remote.  Arrow down to bottom of screen and select SAVE.

How do I change the look of the guide?

The color of the guide cannot be changed, but the size can.

Press the MENU button on the remote and choose SETTINGS and then GUIDE.  In the guide settings section, you can increase or decrease the number of columns and rows in the guide to your liking.

My on-screen caller ID isn’t working. How do I fix it?

Press the MENU button on the remote and choose SETTINGS and then PHONE.  Adjust the Caller ID Pop Up time up using the right and left arrow buttons that by the OK button.  The options range from NO POPUP to 21 SECONDS.
