Q: I'm unable to send or receive e-mail, what can I do?
A: You can make sure that your e-mail settings are correct. Here's how:
If you use Outlook Express:
1. Open your Outlook Express email program.
2. Click the word "Tools" at the top of the screen.
3. Click "Accounts" from the drop-down menu.

4. Click the "Mail" tab at the top, if it's not already selected.

5. Click the "Properties" button over to the right.

6. Under the General tab, make sure "Your Email" and "Reply-to-Address" are: yourusername@wwt.net

7. Click the "Servers" tab at the top
8. Make sure the "Incoming Mail" and "Outgoing Mail" servers are: mail.wwt.net
9. Make sure the Account name is your username, and the password is correct.
10. Click the "OK" button at the bottom

10. Click the "Close" button.
If you use Netscape Communicator:
1. Open Netscape Communicator.
2. Click on "Edit" in the top menu bar.
3. Click "Preferences" from the drop-down menu.

4. Look for the "Mail & Newsgroups" Category
5. Click the " + " next to "Mail & Newsgroups" this will open a drop-down menu of mail and
news categories.
6. Click the sub-category of "Identity"
7. Make sure the Email address and/or Reply-To address are yourusername@wwt.net

8. Click the sub-category "Mail Servers" on the left side of the Preferences window.
9. Click the "Edit" button in the upper right corner.
10. Make sure the "Server Name" is mail.wwt.net
11. Make sure the "Username" is correct. Checkmark "Remember Password". Click the "OK"
button.

13. Make sure the "Outgoing mail" server is mail.airstreamcomm.net
14. Make sure the your Username is in the field "Outgoing mail server user name"

15. Click the "OK" button again.
